  1. What is your return policy?
    If you are not satisfied with your Gloss.com purchase, you may return the unused portion for a refund. For more information, please refer to our Returns information. We regret that due to the closure of Gloss.com, exchange requests can no longer be processed. A credit will be issued for returns received after June 30, 2007.
  2. Do you accept returns for items carried on Gloss.com but not purchased through Gloss.com?
    No. We are unable to accept any returns for items that were not purchased through Gloss.com.
