If you are not satisfied with your Gloss.com purchase, you may return the unused portion for a refund. For more information, please refer to our Returns information.
We regret that due to the closure of Gloss.com, exchange requests can no longer be processed.
A credit will be issued for returns received after June 30, 2007.
- Do you accept returns for items carried on Gloss.com but not purchased through Gloss.com?
No. We are unable to accept any returns for items that were not purchased through Gloss.com.
